At St. Stephen's our job is to make it easy and enjoyable for you to come to church. Excellent music, encouraging teaching and fun with friends is just part of what you’ll experience when you visit.
Our bible based teaching will encourage and equip you, not beat you down or leave you feeling depressed.
Everyone wants to feel welcome, so you’ll be greeted in the foyer, given the notices for that Sunday and an easy-to-follow service sheet. We’ll let you know what is happening throughout the service so you won’t feel lost.
Kids want a program that is suited just for them, so come five minutes early and the welcomers will assist you with finding a children's program that suits your kids during the service. To find out more about the programs offered at St. Stephen's, look at the Kids page.
Music is a universal language, but we know that everyone has their favourites. So that’s why we have a balance between the classic hymns of the past and more contemporary music. It’s all designed to allow creative expression to our Lord.
Dress is casual; jeans and a t-shirt are fine. At St. Stephens it’s more important that you are comfortable there than worry about what you wear.
Services are about about an hour and a quarter, followed by a shared morning tea (morning) or supper (evening).
