Christianity Explored is for anyone who wants to investigate Christianity informally with a group of other people.
Whether you have previous experience of Church, Christians and the Bible, or none at all, this course is for you. Everyone is welcome - from the most sympathetic Sunday schooler to the convinced atheist. We will respect your background, culture and beliefs. Tell us as little or as much about yourself as you feel comfortable.
Our next course will be run in term 4 2008. It will run for six weeks on a weeknight from 7 - 9pm in the church foyer.

Parish Family Camp
Waitangi weekend 2009 is the date of our first family camp for many years! It will be held at Living Springs which has great accomodation, catering and activities. There will be a great speaker and it will be a wonderful opportunity to get to know other parishioners a whole lot better in a relaxed and friendly setting. Click here for the camp form.
Parish Picnic
Our annual church picnic is one of the highlights of the church social calendar. The picnic is held at a local Primary School on the first Sunday in March, after the morning service. You are most welcome to come and join us for a very relaxed time with swimming, races and entertainment for the children. Bring your own picnic lunch, chairs and rugs. Don't forget your sunscreen!
Parish Annual General Meeting
Every year in March/April we meet to consider the spiritual life of the church in the Parish, report accounts of the previous year, and appoint and elect the church wardens, lay members of Synod, and members of Vestry. The 2008 AGM was held on Wednesday April 9th at 7:30pm in the Marsden Centre building beside the Church.
During the meeting you will hear reports from the leaders of all the groups in the church. The new vestry is selected at the AGM also.
